What is the main goal for this project?

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a clinical data entry clerk. As a clinical data entry clerk your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate input of patient data and other relevant information from paper copies into our new digitized clinical software system as part of our company's transformation efforts

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Main responsibilities will include:

-      Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries by comparing the entered information with the original documents

-      Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data protection and security protocols when handling participant information

-      Collaborate and resolve any discrepancies or errors identified during the data entry process by concluding with the appropriate Nimble Science team

-      Solid organizational and skills and strong attention to delta and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while entering data

-      Proficiency in using standard office software applications (e.g. MS Office and SMARTtrial)

-      Support activities related to the maintenance of Nimble’s ISO 13485 quality management system

How will you support learners in completing the project?

In-person training on how to use the Microsoft Office and SmartTrial system will be provided to the trainee.

What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

Proficiency in using standard office software applications (e.g. MS Office)

Training on SMARTtrial will be provided first thing after on-board
