BMAL Consulting Ltd aims to deliver teaching, training consulting, and mentoring services to multiple customer personas: business students, business owners from different sectors, female entrepreneurs and autistic (and other disabled) adults who would like to integrate themselves in the society and work for companies. Our goal is to start supporting Hungarian clients from both Hungary and Transylvania (Romania), help them grow their businesses within their countries and also prepare them to start trading in the UK and other international stages by connecting them to our network. BMAL Consulting Ltd has recently conducted a market research in Hungary and Transylvania to understand the business consulting and mentoring industries in these areas. We focused on finding out whether there are innovation centres or any other opportunities for current business students or business owners for developing or respectively further developing their business skills in order to step on the international stage. We have received positive feedback that underline the need for our services.

BMAL Academy trademark has been registered in the UK and it apparts to BMAL Consulting Ltd. This will be an online portal where we want to offer our training services from to all our customers. We are also planning to open the international business college if your piece of work will bring positive results (we would be eligible for accreditations). The Academy will be more practical whilst the college would be more theoretical. Both need accreditation as we want to give our students Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 diplomas. Our goal is to prepare students for studying further with University of Sussex Business School and also would invite business school teachers to register with the university to receive further professional courses and qualifications.

The main goal of the project is to find out and understand what type of accreditation we need, and also the processes we need to go through in order to increase our credibility and being able to offer diplomas to students.

The other goal of the project is to find out what kind of funds we could receive from the EU and the UK for the services we want to offer. We also want to open an office in Romania and Hungary as well. Diplomas will be offered from the UK main company, BMAL Consulting Ltd. This company name will probably be changed to BMAL International Study Centre Ltd if the circumstances tell us to do so.

BMAL Consulting Ltd has a registered trademark, BMAL ACADEMY, that will be used for offering training services through www.bmal-academy.com webpage (this is not available yet). BMAL Consulting wants to find out whether it can apply for an international business college status to deliver high quality courses for students/business owners (only adults) and provide them with Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 or higher diplomas. Can accredited courses be run even through the academy or it is best to have an "international college" status instead or keep both for different perspectives: separate theory (college) from applied practical tuitions (academy)?

We need to find out whether Pearson Vue, Chartered Management Institution, Digital Marketing Institution, Sales Management Institution or other coaching and mentoring institutions in the UK could offer us the possibility to be accredited and use them as our partners. How long is the process for each and what do we need to do in order to become accredited?

We want to teach: leadership, personal development, money mindset, managing people and organisations, marketing and sales, entrepreneurship, accelerator programme, incubator and other short courses that will be organised in partnership with the Sussex Innovation Centre. Through the academy many other short courses and skills will be added to the basic core programmes in order to prepare the students will as many skills as it is possibile (public speaking, writing and communication, business English etc).

Can we get funds and grants from the UK for running such programmes and having such goals? Do we need to register this company in Hungary and Romania in order to get funds and grants from the EU? Grants and funds are related to start-ups in the consulting/mentoring/coaching and training industries (in the case of a college - teaching will be added to the list). We must also look at the funds and grants options for those who want to support female entrepreneurs and autistic/other disability related adults who would like to start their own businesses or would like to learn skills and work for companies. We want to create a special hub for them where they can regularly come and socialize with their peers or other students.
