- What is the main goal for this project?

Simon Sinek said it best: "People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And what you do simply proves what you believe." What we believe is that we can do good by doing better. We at Impactrio, a leading consulting firm in Canada for social innovation and social impact management, think we can empower hundreds of small and medium social enterprises in building their impact capacity. That’s why we are launching a new platform, "U Impactify" to support impact consultants support organizations through e-learning, e-facilitation, and e-coaching. If you are looking for an opportunity to use your UX/UI skills to support social innovation, this is for you.
As a UX/UI specialist, you will have the opportunity to take this social innovation idea to bring them to life. You will work closely and collaboratively with the project lead
- to review and refresh the user research of an existing MVP,
- finalize the personas and journey mapping, and
- then add and edit the MVP to make it more user-friendly, and
- finally, test and improve whether the unique value proposition of each idea is reflected through a high-fidelity prototype of the MVP (minimum viable product).
It’s a results-only and agile work environment where you will be able to show your entrepreneurial spirit, do what you love, and feel empowered to influence change.
