What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

What you’ll do?


You will work with Dedicated Marketing Director-


  • Apply SEO best practices to create content that generates high-volume search traffic 
  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials including e-blasts, blogs, sell sheets, web ads, print ads, landing pages/microsites, social media graphics etc. 
  • Running A/B tests across paid search campaigns & landing pages 
  • Design and mark-up files with copy, photo, video and graphic elements 
  • Develop compelling and thoughtful layouts for email campaigns, blog postings, job postings, and other digital assets that support both the beauty of our solutions and the story of our brand (digital & print) 
  • Leverage digital marketing channels to build awareness, generate sales, increase conversions and enhance customer loyalty, marketing database, email, social media, retargeting, and display advertising (SEO/SEM a plus) 
  • Create and Maintain (short and long term) calendars for D2C, B2B, Product Launch, Tradeshow and other Marketing Campaigns 
  • Update and maintain the design/content of websites (utilizing HTML/ PHP platform but should have flexibility) 
  • Day-to-day maintenance and content management including updating homepage and featured content across the site, blogs etc. 
  • Set up test and deploy email marketing and social campaigns (presently using CTC) 
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.) 
  • Thorough understanding of the digital and social creative world, best practices, trends & visual storytelling across all traditional and emerging social platforms. 
  • Research, identify and develop relationships with social media influencers in key markets and provide recommendations for possible collaboration, tracking all partnership work 
  • Keep abreast of key industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights and emerging social media trends such as photography, postings, hashtags, etc. 
  • Track Social and Website Analytics and Report Key Metrics to Management 
  • Manage annual Catalogue updates and print production; liaising directly with printers as needed 
  • Design and produce promotional materials for trade show events, including small and large signage, postcards, flyers and other engaging/promotional materials 
  • Manage photoshoots and story board creation for product and brand marketing 
  • Maintain visual/branding continuity for all aspects of marketing campaigns across all media and other initiatives 
  • Managing product image collections and content for e-commerce site and other customer requests Must have hands on consumer product experience; luxury brands/branding a big plus. Candidate should be organized and work well in a fast pace environment. Exceptional attention to detail required. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Support: Assist digital staff to monitor, produce, and publish original content for company-owned platforms 
  • Digital Strategy: Provide recommendations and execute strategies blog post, keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search, and other facets of paid search in accordance with revenue goals. 
  • Develop Creatives: Develop creatives for various social media platforms to execute campaign content creation and promotion. 
  • Analytics: Create reports on content performance, understanding what brings people to the websites, what drives their actions, and how content can positively influence their experience. 
  • Content Writing: Writing own Search Ad Copy for various platforms build and optimize landing pages 
  • Become a key contributor to Tulfa’s content marketing efforts, developing pitches and writing articles that convey thought leadership and bring new users to www.tulfa.com 
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. 
  • Blog Posts: Own the blog calendar and work with various stakeholders to establish a rapid, high-volume publishing cadence that supports Tulfa's content marketing and SEO efforts. 
  • Search Engine Optimization: Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. 
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal revenue goals. 
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels. 
  • Perform traffic and competitor analysis regularly to maintain an edge 
  • plan, design, and execute paid social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) campaigns from execution to completion 
  • Campaign trafficking, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis – Ability to build and track conversion funnels using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools 
  • Optimize campaign performance towards acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation goals. 
  • Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders. 
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)

  • Be adept at marketing internet products and understanding what types of content resonate on specific channels. 
  • Be able to quickly grasp the challenges facing a specific buyer persona and create content that addresses these pain points. 
  • Be able to understand a product in terms of the overall market and articulate its USP in a digital form. 
  • Have a working knowledge of popular digital marketing tools and processes. 
  • Have an ability to monitor, track, and report on engagement, to tweak and optimize existing content and use the data to guide new content creation.
