What is the main goal for the project?
We wish to create an application or Microsoft Cloud service that configures certain Microsoft Teams Meetings for automatic recording. The application will be highly considered for possible publication in the Microsoft Marketplace.
The application should be able to do the following:
- Configure certain meetings for automatic recording.
- It can be deployed into a client’s tenant and run using said tenant’s resources
- Once deployed into a client’s tenant the Application should be able to find all the meetings inside the client’s tenant or specific user’s Mailbox / Calendar and show them through an interface where you can select them and enable the setting.
- Should be able to set up Graph API to notify the app when a new meeting is created and update the setting. (This Graph API feature is called “subscriptions”)
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

3. Build an alpha version of an app
4. Test an app with a small pilot group of users
5. Gather and document feedback
6. Implement changes to the product and run a closed beta-testing for 30-50 clients
7. Receive positive feedback from happy testers

The following support will be provided:
1. Access to Microsoft Graph API
2. Share knowledge and Ideas from our initial plans on how the application can be setup.
3. Give as much as possible required access to our Company’s resources related to Project.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

- General knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- General knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
- Plus, all the skills required to develop and launch a new app
