As part of the Human Resources Team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support for the Human Resources Team.
Accountabilities:
· Provide administrative support to Human Resources Team
· Assist with PowerPoint presentations
· Administrative support for recruiting function, i.e. calendar management for interviews, coordinating interview times with candidates
· Prepares routine correspondence including letters and announcements for review
· Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
· Assists with department invoice processing if necessary
· Coordinate and book meetings, prepare meeting minutes and agendas
· Filing of confidential employee documents in employee files
· Prepare files for offsite storage
· Provide support for corporate employee events as required
· Assist with other HR-related projects as needed

Experience & Skillset:
· Post-Secondary education in Business, Administration, or related field
· High energy level with a comfort level of working with employees of all levels (Department Managers, QA team, etc.)
· Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
· Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
