The goal is to increase the number of booked meetings with Sales Executives through improved outbound communication methods. The project involves researching and identifying key characteristics of potential customers that align with OneDigitalTrust's offerings. By leveraging AI tools, the team will develop personalized communication strategies that resonate with these identified profiles. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of marketing, data analysis, and AI technologies to create a targeted approach for lead generation. The team will focus on creating a streamlined process that can be easily implemented and adjusted based on performance metrics.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive Ideal Customer Profile document that outlines the key attributes of target customers. Additionally, the team will develop a set of AI-driven communication templates tailored to these profiles.
