Deliverables

Understand the business operations of Axis Meter Solutions.

Design and implement a customized Zoho CRM setup, including modules for:

  • Accounts (Customers)
  • Deals (Submetering Projects)
  • Contacts (Building Managers, Tenants)
  • Activities (Installations, Commissioning, Follow-ups)

Integrate other Zoho apps (Books, Projects, Inventory, Desk) to support:

  • Customer support ticketing
