Overview
Details

To attract and retain top talent, all organizations need to maintain a competitive employee incentive package. In recent years, a defined Health and Wellness Program has become mainstream. In this project, a team of students will complete an analysis of your current work environment and develop strategic recommendations for developing or improving a Health and Wellness Program.

Deliverables

The final project deliverables will include:

  1. A 10-page health and wellness program tailored to your organization, including ROI metrics.
  2. A 15-minute presentation or video with actionable and creative recommendations to help you to implement a Health and Wellness Program
Project Examples

Based on information that you provide, students will develop a Health and Wellness Program tailored to your organization that reflects your company culture, budget, current trends, and target ROI. Market research on the latest trends in Health and Wellness Programs will inform the student’s approach to providing a custom program for your organization.

Project examples include, but are not limited to:

  • A review of your current Health and Wellness Program (if applicable).
  • An analysis of your industry benchmarks and trends in corporate health and wellness.
  • Conducting a survey of your employees to determine which health and wellness initiatives would be valued.
  • Developing recommendations and creative ideas to incorporate health and wellness into the workplace with the intent of lowering illness, injury, and absenteeism.
  • Developing a Health and Wellness Program that is tailored to your organization’s budget and culture.
  • Providing benchmark metrics on the ROI of Health and Wellness Programs.
