This is a Paid Internship / Co-Op. Employers interested in applying should provide compensation for the student - minimum $16.55/h per student (not financed by Level Up!). Please DO NOT APPLY if you cannot provide a compensation.

Students in the Advanced Diploma Business Administration – Project Management program will be prepared to manage project scope and change, project control, project staffing and risk management, provide motivation and goal setting, utilize project management tools and perform other functions in careers that incorporate project management or in standalone project manager positions

*Students are available between May 6 - August 16, 2024 and require a total of 360 hours. Paid opportunities starting at minimum wage per hour, unpaid available with restrictions.

Deliverables

Students will deliver on their 3-5 Learning Outcome Objectives that were agreed upon before the Co-op/Internship commenced.

Project Examples


Student abilities include (not an exhaustive list):

1. Evaluate the impact of global issues on an organization’s business opportunities by using an environmental scan.

2. Apply principles of corporate sustainability, corporate social responsibility and ethics to support an organization’s business initiatives.

3. Assess and use current concepts/systems and technologies to support an organization's business initiatives.

4. Conduct and present research to support business decision making.

5. Plan, implement and evaluate projects by applying project management principles.

6. Perform work in compliance with relevant statutes, regulations and business practices

7. Apply human resource practices to support management objectives and the organization’s goals.

Our students require an experienced mentor and mentorship program during their work term. Can you provide a mentor and/or mentorship program during the students work term?

I understand that this co-op requires me to provide a work placement for a student that will provide them with 360 hours of work over the assigned semester dates.

Would you require the student to be working remote, on site or hybrid?

Compensation MUST be provided by the employer (minimum $16.55/h per student - not Level Up financed). How much would you be able to provide in terms of compensation?
