Final deliverables will be confirmed in consultation with the course instructor and may include but are not limited to:
- A comprehensive project plan for conducting market research that will provide the organization with insights into the U.S. health informatics market.
- A strategy plan / research topics in any major area of healthcare management.
Project Examples
Students in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis. Areas of interest include healthcare management, healthcare related research, project planning, project management tools, estimating, budgeting, and human resource management.
Project activities that students can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Market Research & Project Plan for U.S. Health Informatics Market
- Develop a comprehensive project plan for conducting market research that will provide the organization with insights into the U.S. health informatics market and AI medical solutions.
- Go-To-Market Project Plan for Health Startup
- Develop a comprehensive project plan to ensure effective knowledge sharing, understanding of reimbursement, and promoting remote patient monitoring platform among the healthcare providers. This can help the organization to generate leads, promote engagement, and build a deeper understanding of the competitive landscape and healthcare market.
