The main goal for the project is to conduct a multi-year analysis on the existing conference participants of The Connect Partnership Group. The project also requires a current review of audience segment performance, competitive benchmarketing, and a recommendation for either market expansion or penetration.

Deliverables


- Analyze the existing conference participant data for year-over-year trending, competitive benchmarking, and market penetration.


- Develop a comprehensive report on the analysis findings, including recommendations for which target audiences we should focus on.


- Present the report to the company stakeholders and provide a detailed explanation of the analysis and recommendations.


-Hubspot and Swoogo registration management knowledge an asset
