VENDETTA’s Co-founders have mentored underprivileged youth through EVOLVE, a public-private partnership founded by Ava DuVernay and the City of Los Angeles that would fund 150 internships for women, people of color and those from low-income households.

We are looking to add an Executive Assistant to the COO to help support our quickly growing company.
The ideal Executive Assistant will be working hand in hand with the Co-founder on a daily basis. It will be an extremely valuable experience for anyone who is interested in the Entertainment and Advertising industry. Our Exec. assistant will be experienced in handling a wide range of Executive support and related tasks and be highly independent and an excellent multitasker with impeccable attention to detail. The position requires someone with strong attention to detail, good organization, and critical thinking skills. The person in the role must be able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion. Please be mindful there will be a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality agreement due to the nature of our projects and clients. They will be provided after the interview, if selected.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively manage and maintain Co-founder's schedule and workload, including appointment scheduling for all appointments, meetings, conferences, teleconferences
- Coordinates all travel arrangements
- Plan and organize company events
- Assist Co-founder in meeting preparation, scheduling, and rescheduling management as needed
- Records minutes of meetings and stands in for Co-founder when needed.
- Daily email organization/management
- Agenda & calendar management
- Assist in day-to-day office tasks as needed
- Provide general administrative support
- tasks may also include writing coverage on scripts, drafting letters, making phone calls, running an office, interviewing personnel, coordinating the fundraising process, assisting with duties on and off set, liaising between the Co-founder and teams, and helping to prepare publicity materials.

Co-founder we'll work closely with student guiding him or her on how to execute tasks and educating on important industry standards from experience. co-founder will also give practical tools to the student to learn skills that would make her/him/them more competitive in the entertainment and advertising industry.
