This project will map our current end-to-end video production workflow to identify core bottlenecks such as communication gaps, review delays, and resource constraints and deliver a clear, actionable implementation plan to resolve them. To establish complete operational clarity, we will author a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) detailing every phase of video creation from initial client intake to final asset delivery, complete with a RACI-style framework that defines every team member’s precise job responsibilities and decision-making authority.

This project will deliver a streamlined operational framework designed to accelerate turnaround times, eliminate role ambiguity, and establish consistent production quality across all client deliverables. Key project outcomes include reduced cycle times from intake to final export, higher profit margins from eliminated process waste, and a scalable foundation that allows the team to handle greater client volume without adding operational friction. Deliverables will include a detailed Workflow Diagnostic Report identifying current bottlenecks, an actionable Implementation Roadmap for transitioning to optimized operations, a master Video Production Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) governing every phase of production, and a comprehensive Roles and Responsibilities (RACI) Matrix clearly defining ownership for every task.
