- What is the main goal for this project?

In order for the product & business to continue its growth, we are looking for an individual to lead our business development. This individual will have the mandate to identify and exploit new business, growth opportunity and build a solid process for Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue & Referral. A high aptitude for technology is a must.
Planning: The MBA student will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and specify the student's responsibilities. These will be approved by Schulich IMBA Assistant Director, Internships and Corporate Services.
Execution: The students will work on the deliverables outlined in the project plan(s) full time over a period of 12 weeks. Deliverables will vary for each organization.
