Details

Cancer Courage aims to expand its network by identifying potential partnership opportunities with cancer support organizations across Canada. The project involves conducting a comprehensive environmental scan to map out existing organizations that provide support to cancer patients and their families. The goal is to understand the landscape of cancer support services, identify key players, and assess potential collaboration opportunities. This project will enable Cancer Courage to strategically align with organizations that share similar values and objectives, ultimately enhancing the support available to those affected by cancer. The project will require learners to apply research skills, data analysis, and strategic thinking to compile a detailed report of findings.

- Conduct a thorough review of cancer support organizations in Canada.

- Identify key organizations and assess their services and outreach.

- Analyze potential partnership opportunities based on shared goals and values.

- Compile findings into a comprehensive report with strategic recommendations.

Deliverables

The project will culminate in a detailed report that includes:

- A comprehensive list of cancer support organizations in Canada.

- An analysis of each organization's services, reach, and potential for collaboration.

- Strategic recommendations for potential partnerships.

- Visual aids such as charts or maps to illustrate the distribution and focus areas of these organizations.

This report will serve as a foundational document for Cancer Courage to pursue meaningful partnerships.
