This will involve several different steps for the team, including:
- Identifying the additional features and improvements needed for the application.
- Developing and integrating the new features into the existing application.
- Testing the new features to ensure they enhance the user experience and expand the application’s capabilities.
- Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to make further improvements.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:
- A list of additional features and improvements needed for the application.
- Developed and integrated new features into the existing application.
- Tested new features and gathered feedback for further improvements.
- Final report on the impact of the new features on user experience and application capabilities.
As we transition from a successful completion of Phase 1 of the EasyApply project, which focused on delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), we now turn our attention on Phase 2. This phase marks a significant step towards enhancing and expanding our application, moving beyond the foundational elements established in the MVP.
The core objective of Phase 2 is to introduce a set of additional features and improvements that were not critical of the MVP, but are essential for a fully functional and robust application. These enhancements are designed to not only refine the user experience but, also to expand the application’s capabilities, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users and stays competitive in the market.

No other job board and/or job platform on the market focuses on the individual's personality through the use of elevator pitches and this is why this idea is truly unique. 93% of employers indicate that soft and interpersonal skills are one of the most important variables that they look at when evaluating talent, but this can't be demonstrated on paper (i.e. resume), which is why the elevator pitch is so critical to success.
Not to mention, the technology that will be integrated into the platform will help streamline the talent acquisition process for the ideal customer profile.
