No skills listedAs our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to revisit and develop our organizational values. We would like our values to align current and new employees and design our vision and mission.
Goals of this project could include:
- Identify our organization's fundamental beliefs
- Determine our organization's values
- Create behavioural indicators for each value
- Recommend an implementation plan to roll-out our organizational values
Students will connect directly with a designed employer contact for this project by email, phone or in virtual meetings. Owners and senior leaders/leads will participate in meetings to discuss the values of the organization and our work.
About the company
Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.
