- Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channel(s); develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media posts.
With a focus on Instagram and Facebook, our multi-faceted estate is looking for fresh ideas on:
- Visual story-telling strategies to express our brand's unique values
- Curating an Instagram feed aesthetic
- Acquiring and retaining new followers
- Gaining and engaging customers
- Metrics for analyzing social media success
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Strategic Social Media Marketing - For the student(s) to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: (Riipen messaging, email)

About the company
I (Dawn) grew up in Ottawa. I wanted to open a B&B in Wakefield since the age of 15 years old.
After travelling and working all over the world for 8 years, my dream has come true! I have been in the tourism/hospitality industry for many years. The skills and experience I have will benefit our guests, ensuring great customer service, affordable rates and operating a very pleasant, clean establishment. My second dream was to have children who are Veronica & Bobby!
I am so blessed to be living the dream!
