Working in teams of four over 10 weeks, learners apply practical knowledge in marketing, accounting, human resources, leadership, operations, and supply chain management to deliver strategic recommendations, research, and actionable solutions that help organizations solve problems, improve processes, and explore new opportunities.
Up to 1 teams are assigned per project, and individual deliverables are provided per team.
What learners can deliver
Employers receive a comprehensive set of business recommendations tailored to their organization, supported by research and analysis completed by a dedicated student team.
Depending on the project scope, deliverables may include market research, strategic business plans, marketing and communications strategies, operational improvement recommendations, process documentation, product management roadmaps, employee engagement initiatives, financial analysis, and implementation recommendations.
Throughout the experience, students strengthen their professional, analytical, and collaboration skills while delivering practical work that organizations can immediately leverage.
