Do you have a strategic marketing challenge that you want to tackle? In this project, student-consultants working in teams will analyze your organization's marketing management as it relates to marketing opportunities, marketing planning and strategy. Upon a complete marketing analysis which include SOWT, PEST, Five Forces Industry or Three C analysis, you will receive a detailed recommendation report and presentation using SWOT Matrix, Ansoff Matrix, or BCG Matrix analysis.

Project Examples

Project activities might include but are not limited to:

  • Application of tools, concepts and procedures to decision-making at the corporate, business, or functional level marketing planning process.
  • Conduct internal and external analysis (including internal capabilities, customer, competitor, market, industry and environment).
  • Marketing strategy review: Providing recommendations on the directions for your new product development or new market development.
  • Providing insight and recommending sustainable strategies related to the Marketing Mix (Commodity, Channel, Cost, Communication set or Product, Place, Price and Promotion set).

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.

Provide an opportunity for students to present their work and receive feedback.
