Projects you can submit

Based on the information you provide, students will prepare the necessary documentation, design mockups, and build a front end prototype or proof of concept that represents a working web application. Student teams will work with you to design and prototype web experiences that support reasonable business goals, with a focus on service or product offerings.

Project Examples include, but are not limited to:

  1. Prototype an online retail web app for a small business owner who offers services around crafting custom mugs and personalized bottles.
  2. Build a simple web app prototype that helps individuals budget and understand their monthly expenses.
  3. Build a portfolio website that lists one's best work and achievements, including key skills, top projects, and hobbies.
  4. Prototype a simple eCommerce front end with the most basic features, such as listing products from various sellers and allowing buyers to search and browse available products of interest.
  5. Build a restaurant website prototype that allows people to explore the food menu and simulate a simple online order.
  6. Build a library web app prototype for browsing, searching, borrowing, and reviewing books.
  7. Build a quiz website prototype allowing visitors to answer questions and win virtual giveaways.

This list of project examples is by no means exhaustive. If you have another project idea that relates to employee training and development, please use Riipen's in-app chat to contact the professor, who will work with you to determine if it's a fit for this assignment.
